Orders & Shopping
Simply browse our collection, select your desired item and size, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. You can also shop as a guest without creating an account.
Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once this window passes, your order enters our processing queue and can no longer be cancelled or changed. To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #YOUR-ORDER-ID", or call +1-412-327-6418. If your order has already shipped, please use our return policy after delivery.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you place your order. A tracking number will be sent to you via email within 24–48 hours of shipment (please check your spam folder if you don't see it). You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time for real-time updates. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of shipment, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll assist you immediately.
We deliberately leave out-of-stock items visible on our store so you can still view product details. In some instances, we offer email notifications when products you're interested in are back in stock. You can also filter search results by availability. For specific requests, contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $500. For orders below $500, our shipping rates are:
- Standard US: $5.00 flat rate
- Express US: $25.00 flat rate
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day. (Customer support: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.) After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- Standard US Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express US Shipping: 5–10 business days
- International: Varies by destination — additional time required for customs clearance
Delivery times are counted from the date of shipment, not order placement. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow for occasional delays during peak seasons or holidays.
We fulfill all orders from our US warehouse located at 401 Roosevelt Ave Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15202 United States. From there, we ship domestically across the United States and to over 100+ countries worldwide through our trusted carrier network.
Yes! We deliver to 100+ countries worldwide. Our shipping carriers include:
- Domestic (US): USPS for standard shipping, FedEx for expedited orders, and UPS for heavier items
- International: DHL Express, USPS International, and FedEx International
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We can correct your shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +1-412-327-6418. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the address — if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
We understand this can be worrying. Please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with family members — packages are often received by someone else and forgotten about. Also check any safe spots where couriers may leave parcels. If it still doesn't turn up after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll open an investigation with the courier.
Depending on the products ordered, we may ship from different fulfillment centers to get items to you faster. Each item may arrive separately with its own tracking number. You'll receive an email notification for each shipment. If you believe an item is missing after all tracking shows "delivered," please contact us immediately and keep the outer packaging for our investigation.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID)
- Free from misuse damage
To start a return, simply email our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1–2 business days, along with the return shipping address. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service. Once received, inspection takes 2–3 business days, and your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Customer pays: Change of mind returns and size or color exchanges
- We cover the cost: Defective items, damaged goods, or wrong items sent
For all eligible returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Once we receive your returned item, inspection takes 2–3 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method (the same credit/debit card, PayPal account, or card linked to Apple/Google Pay used at checkout). Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
Yes! For the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the size, color, or product you'd like instead. This avoids stock-availability delays. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like in its place — exchanges are subject to availability.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the seal has been broken
Sale items purchased outside of "final sale" promotions follow our standard 30-day return policy.
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) immediately — in many cases, we won't even require you to return the item.

Yes, all items are shipped in their original packaging including boxes, dust bags, tags, and any additional accessories or documentation that came with the product. We take extra care in packaging to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Absolutely. We guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you find any defects or damages, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Size & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. For apparel, we provide measurements in both US and EU standards. For footwear, most sneakers use US sizing while luxury designer shoes often use EU sizing. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
Designer brands often use their own sizing systems, which can differ from standard US or EU sizes. A size 42 in one brand may fit differently than a size 42 in another. We always recommend checking the specific size chart on each product page rather than relying on your usual size across all brands.
If your item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) or return it under our 30-day return policy. The item must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Contact our team and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that customer-initiated size exchanges are responsible for return shipping costs.
Payments & Security
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, all processed in US Dollars (USD):

All transactions also undergo fraud screening for your security.
Your card is charged immediately upon successful order placement, and you'll receive an email confirmation once the transaction completes. You may also see a temporary authorization hold on your account for 3–7 business days — this is not an actual charge. If your order is cancelled within the 2-hour window before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

US customers: Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address where required by law and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
