Common Questions
I can't find my Order ID — what should I do?
Check your email (including spam folder) for the confirmation sent when you placed your order. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] with the name and email used at checkout.
My tracking number isn't working yet
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive the shipping email. Carriers update their systems in batches.
The tracking says 'delivered' but I don't have the package
Check around your property, ask household members and neighbors, check with your building's front desk, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. If still missing after 7 days, contact us.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify addresses after an order has shipped. If still processing (within 2 hours), please contact us immediately at +1-412-327-6418.
What if my package is damaged on arrival?
Take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos and your Order ID. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
