3. How to Initiate a Return

Receive RMA
Return Merchandise Authorization with return address within 1–2 business days.
Ship the Item
Package securely and send to the address in your RMA. Use trackable shipping.
Refund Processing
Inspection takes 2–3 business days; refund issued within 7–14 business days.
